  • Do you require a deposit for appointments?
    No, but a card must be on file when booking appointment for last min cancelation or no show fee.
  • Is there a Cancelation fee?
    Yes, a cancelation 24 hours or less than scheduled appointment time or a no show, you will be charged 100% off the service with the card on file.
  • How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment with out a fee?
    Up to 25 hours before your schedule appointment you may cancel or reschedule without a fee.
  • Do I need to wash my hair before a color appointment?
    Yes, wash your hair between 48 – 12 hours before hair appointment. Color takes better on clean hair.
  • Do you have a cellphone policy?
    Yes, we ask to be mindful of all around you and reframe from speaking on the phone. Texting is a-okay.
  • Can we bring our kids?
    While we love the kids, we ask that if your child is not getting a service done to please leave them at home. A salon environment is not the best space for a young child.
  • Where do you park?
    There is free parking in the lot behind the building on Marshell street. If the parking lot is full there is street meter parking, the movie theater parking lot is close by or the Maritime parking lot is close by as well.

  • Is there a spa?
    There will be a spa coming soon. You may call the salon and ask to be added to the mailing list to get updated on when the Spa opens up.

  • How do I book an appointment?
    If you are looking to book an appointment with an Independent stylist you can click on Stylist located on the navigation bar and view which stylist you would like then click Book Now.

  • Can I bring company with me to my appointment?
    We prefer you come alone to your appointment so the salon doesn’t get overcrowded and the stylist can give you quality service without added distractions. If you do bring someone they can relax in one of the waiting chairs.
